Biography

Linda Hansen is an international award-winning pastel artist from Lillestrøm in Norway.

She draws realistic motifs of animals and landscapes.

Behind each drawing are many hours of work and she wants the art to be alive, beautiful and create emotions.

Linda has always been creative and loved drawing and painting, and started pastel drawing in 2021.

Since then, she has developed through various courses and mentor groups with renowned artists.

First with Anita Våmartveit in basic drawing and painting techniques,

then with pastel artists Jason Morgan, Emma Colbert, Jeanne Rosier Smith and Liz Haywood-Sullivan.

From Oct-23-Dec-24, Linda has been in a mentor group through Mastrius, with pastel masters Julie and Michael Freeman as art mentors.

In addition, she has had membership at Carla Grace art to further develop herself in acrylic and oil painting.
